This Agreement is between buyer_________________ and Seller/Creditor ___ Hidden hills homestead ___

Buyer Agrees to pay 3000.00 for a standard poodle puppy, Dovey

Puppy comes with a 2 yr health Guarantee from date of birth against hereditary/genetic defects that would cause the dog to die. All veterinarian bills will be sole responsibility of the buyer. Buyer must provide written notice from a licensed veterinarian diagnosing the dog with a genetic defect, hereditary defect. We do not cover for any parasites, rabies, distemper, parvo, coccidia, and giardia within the health the health guarantee. Buyer must return the puppy and Seller will provide another puppy of same breed when available. Conditions not covered include Cancer, improper bite, breathing issues, furnishings/skin conditions, umbilical hernia issues, temperament or general intelligence of the puppy. Buyer will not be reimbursed for vet bills.

Neglect/abuse notice: health issues caused by environmental factors such as allergies, autoimmune disorders, trauma, abuse, parasites and general neglect are not covered under the health guarantee. If evidence of abuse is found, buyer/debtor  agrees to surrender puppy to Seller/creditor without reimbursement.

Seller agrees to take puppy back with out refund if Buyer/creditor faces a situation where they are unable to keep the puppy.

It is the responsibility of the Buyer/debtor to take excellent care of the puppy and provide all necessary food, medical, and general care needed.

1000.00 deposit will be held and is only refundable if the puppy doesn’t not pass a health check with the vet. The remaining amount will be due at pick up. Puppy is to be picked up between 8-10 weeks of age, boarding fees will begin at 10 weeks.

2000.00 will be due at pick up 2060 if paying by credit card.
